Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after the start of your service to request a refund.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at [email protected]. Include the reason for your request and attach your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is approved, we will inform you via email of your updated status.

Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you accidentally selected the wrong service, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
